The Origins of Storix Solution
Where Vision Meets Innovation
The story of Storix begins with a bold ambition:
Transform the future of retail through technology.
In 2021, CSF International, a company recognized across North America for its manufacturing expertise in the grocery industry, identified a major shift in the market. Consumer habits were evolving, e-commerce was accelerating, and retailers were seeking new ways to bridge the gap between physical and digital experiences in online order fulfillment.
Driven by this vision, the Storix Solution was conceived and developed by our founder, Mathieu Grenier, former CEO of CSF International, in close collaboration with leading North American retailers to address their evolving operational challenges. However, creating breakthrough fulfillment technology requires more than a great idea. It requires a team with deep expertise in software, hardware, and digital transformation.
It was in this context that Sebastien Mailhot joined Storix as General Manager. With more than 30 years of experience leading technology companies in high-growth industries, including electronic payments and entertainment, Sebastien brought the expertise needed to guide the development of a robust, scalable, and innovative solution.
This journey reflects the power of vision, innovation, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the industry's challenges. What began as an ambitious idea has evolved into a powerful solution that helps businesses transform their fulfillment operations and shape the future of e-commerce. At Storix, everything we do is guided by three principles: Smarter. Faster. Better.
Storix Solution doesn’t just adapt to the evolution of the retail industry. It helps shape it.
